Annisa is a Brooklyn native who realized her purpose as an artist from a very young age. Growing up living between Brooklyn and Buffalo New York heavily inspired her work, creating innovative works of art embodying the influence of her own cultural heritage and experiences, as well as of those around her. She received her BFA from the Fashion Institute of Technology specializing in Illustration, expanding the realm of possibilities for art. Having garnered experience establishing long-term partnerships, exhibiting in shows locally and internationally, Annisa developed a keen eye for design, something that she carries with her to this day as she continues creating visual brand identities, book illustrations, and much more. Her works showcased in the Brooklyn Public Library, Buffalo History Museum, Society of Children's Books Writers & Illustrators serve as a reminder for Annisa as she aims to create art for all walks of life and positively influence the way people visually express themselves and their brands.
